Trophy for the most ridiculous, pathetic customer service!!!!

If you think of getting a contract with MTN, I *STRONGLY* advise you not to. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to cancel a contract with MTN. From waiting for 20-45mins on call only for it to be dropped when you do go through, to their retention agents telling you different stories. What a pathetic customer service. I am appalled. I thought Telkom was worse, nope, MTN takes the trophy. Ridiculous pathetic service, it disgusting!!!!!! After countless times trying to call i still have not gone through. I have emailed a thousand time and still nothing!
