Triple debit amount

I am writing this complaint with heart broken I do have a contact wit MTN for my iPhone 11 to pay R551.94 but on the 20th January 2024 they debit me R1808 and the remaining money it for my child stationary and uniform at school. I have call them they could not help or refunds I did not signed for unlimited data Please help me I am desperate need the money.
