Tricking people in to long-term contracts.

I was "*******" into signing a contract with MTN for a Samsung S21FE phone and a Samsung tablet. It has been more than a month and I still have not received the tablet and despite all my efforts to make contact, MTN and Samsung has not provided me with a official response. Essentially I have signed a 2 year contract for a device and the supplier is not delivering it and they are avoiding me. This may be a ****, I am still trying to determine if the service is shocking or if they **** to me.
