Trickery from MTN *******!!!!!

i looked into the My mtnchoice flexi r200 where it just states R200 value. Filled in all the paperwork as i believed from what i have read that you get r200 value that you do with as your please for voice, sms or data. I also was lead to believe that you could use that R200 value to load 1gig data after speaking to call centre and mtn shop steward. I was also led to belive that the load 1gb get another free was for thhe duration of the contract. After 3 painfull days of wasting my money, my time and my petrol trying to find out the real information i am told 2 different things. You can use the R200 to recharge with 1 gb and you can only get 350mb for the R200. Which one is it as if it is the second this is false and misleading!!!!!! Today i am told complain pn the website yet i cant find it on the website. shocking shoking shocking

Hello Jeannem,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

MTN Choice Flexi provides you with the flexibility to use your inclusive Rand value for voice, data and SMS. With My MTNChoice Flexi, you can top up with airtime at any time, you don't have to wait until your inclusive value has been exhausted. Your usage limit also allows you to continue making calls, texting and surfing the internet once you've exhausted your inclusive value. You can change the usage limit to your preferred level. To give you more control, My MTNChoice Flexi also allows you to check your balances in real-time so you are always in the know regarding your balances and usage.

To avoid getting month-end surprises, you can control your out-of-bundle spend by setting a flexi Usage Limit and a real-time usage notification. Dial *141*1*7852# or *141*5# and select option 1 to set or change your flexi Usage Limit. This will alert you when you've almost reached your selected out-of-bundle spend value.
