I was contacted by one of your employees at the steenberg branch in cape Town that on my Top of the range (uncapped) mtn package ,I would receive a top of the range Samsung phone and a Smart 42 inch Samsung TV. When I arrived this morning to fill out paperwork, I was notified while signing the document's that the TV was a only a 32 inch smart TV. Towards the end of this ,another client walked in and queried if the TV was a smart TV or a HD . I overheard the manager telling him that it's only an HD TV. I immediately asked for confirmation from the sales staff and they all of a sudden realized that they made a mistake and it is not a smart TV .
Is this how you trick your clients ?? Where are my rights as a consumer? You are quick to sue a consumer for breaching contract,but where do i stand now that you are in breach of contract with me ?
