******* into a 24 month contract

I called the call centre sometime in Jan to cancel my contract. I was then transferred to your retensions team that advised me to get a month to month sim only contract. When I went to the shop to cancel it and get the 20 gig data only.contract I was told I have 2 existing contracts and this 1 expires in 2020. That was not the conversation I had with your consultant. I want out of this contract . You can pull the recording of the call to see what type of conversation I had and the agreement I had. I cannot pay R199 for 2 gig for 2 years without even a device whereas I can get a 20 gig for the same amount. I signed up knowing its temporary until I get something suitable. I've been a loyal customers with Mtn for years. this is not the kind of treatment I would expect. I don't want this contract and I'm not prepared to buy out of something I did not agree to
