So I opted for the Black Friday sim only sky package, which was an online application, a few days later a lady from Rewardsco calls to get the relevant Docs. for the application and in that she tells me I can get an IPhone 11 at a discounted price on a flexi contract, so I agreed, what she did not tell me is that it’s a 36 month contract, that’s why it’s discounted. Now after receiving the device and SIM cards I realize it’s 36 months and cannot cancel it because they both on the same order. So i have to cancel both contracts, however Rewardsco says I must go to an MTN store, call MTN they say I must call Rewardsco, it’s back and forth, the MTN franchise stores say I must go to an MTN direct store, they don’t even know which stores are MTN direct, and they system doesn’t tell them. Now I’m stuck where I might I have to drive 150km to Gauteng to cancel. Thinking about it I was migrating from other mobile network to MTN, I am not pleased with how I was ******* by the lady and the service I am receiving.
