Treating the Customer unfairly
I sent in my claims to MTN insurance which is my insurer only to be told my account is on 60 days arrears, yet I know my account is up-to-date which has been confirmed by MON credit. However MTN is unwilling to update their system for the insurer to also pick the same information that I am not owing and that my account is current. Thus even though I have been paying for my insurance I am not enjoying the benefits. This is totally against the FSB and CPA rules of treating the customer fairly. If I don't have this sorted today...i will proceed to the ombudsman and invoke my rights under PAIA and have all my debit orders returned to me since inception of my contract.
