Treating loyal customers like *****ster seems grossly unfair

I really don't get why this vetting process takes this long, I have 4 active contracts with MTN which there was never any vetting before and some of these contracts are actually upgrades. When did I because this ************* customer? Never missed a payment and now I make way more money than before? Why am I getting this treatment all of a sudden??
