Treated badly MTN Consultant

I wanted to upgrade my contract and I did call 083135 then I asked for retentions department. I was assisted by Donations Hlongwane who took all my details and we agreed on an upgrade for Sumsung A30F on Wednesday . He misrepresented me by saying I will be receiving my data , airtime and sms shortly. But after we concluded our deal I waited for 4 hours nothing came through then I tried to call him to ask what is happening , he admitted that he **** , I have to receive the phone first before they load my data .And I told him I need the phone by Monday

when DSV ( the courier ) company that is contracted to MTN call me from ***. the lady that called me on Friday told me they only work on Tuesday and Thursday . I told her on those days I will be writing exams , the lady told me unfortunately there is nothing she can do , if I have a problem I must contact the MTN they don't sell phone they only deliver , When I Contacted Donations on his cell number *** , he was not answering my calls I even sent him an email he did not respond up until today . I am disappointed with the service from MTN and very concern about misleading customers . Very bad experience I had with MTN.
