Travel Voucher

In the middle of December 2017 I took out a contract with the new Samsung S8 edge. The contract included a R4000 travel voucher with flight center. When I collected my phone I did not receive it. I phoned the store and they said I can come and collect it. As it being the festive season I could only get there in Feb. No information was given that the promotion expires end of January. Now they just pull up their shoulders and say sorry. I am definitely not happy with this as it was promised with the contract and seeing that it was the shops responsibility to hand it over with the phone
