Trash MTN service

I was on a data sim contract with MTN for 2 years. When the period of the contract ended I decided to upgrade to a home wifi using the same simcard. However, the router was never delivered. After numerous calls to MTN, being transfered from one department to another, this issue was never resolved but debit order goes off every month. Two years later of paying for an unrendered service I was finally excited to cancel the contract. I made a call in October 2023 to cancel the contract, spoke to a consultant who assured me December 2023 will be the final debit. I was so disappointed when MTN again debited in January 2024. If you considering taking up a service with MTN, don't do it. I've had it with this network provider and their trashy service.
