Transferring of a contract - disgusting service!

I am disgusted at the service received from the mtn greenstone branch. It's been almost 2 months trying to get a cellphone contract transferred. After numerous attempts going into the store, calling, emailing to an extent a manager stated they would personally assist me and still today no progress has been made on this matter. Yet they call several times a day to want to upgrade the contract but no one that can assist in finalizing the transfer.
