Transfer of ownership not done for almost a year now

<p>I went into a mtn branch in Lephalale and handed them all the necessary documents for transfer of ownership, about a year ago. Till date nothing has happened although we were told, by Ulrich the consultant, it has been done. I even complained with the call center and recievd a reference number ********** 63, but this also did not help. This is bad guys! Please phone me to sort this out.</p>
