TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP NOT DONE
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>To who it my concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to an MTN store at Maponya Mall to do a transfer of ownership of my brother’s MTN contract as he just recently passed</p> <p>My application was declined due to no trades</p> <p>Now 1. MTN called me twice to offer me a contract of which I declined</p> <p> 2. I don’t understand how 1 who does not have any trades be declined yet I have a contract with Vodacom since last year</p> <p> 3. How are you going to debit his account if it is in the process of being closed</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m utterly disappointed with MTN and I want action to be done</p>
I got a call from someone yesterday morning. That person told me he will get back to me yesterday still. Nothing till now. He told me he will sms me his email add for docs to be sent.... nothing till now. So now I sent a complain and the one person who suppose to attend anqd assist in it is not doing their job. Can i get feed back and when will this application be finalized.
