Transfer of cellphone number

<p>On 27 July I called asking if a can transfer a number to a corporate account. I was told yes, e-mail ********** with all the relevant documentation. I did so, got a reply e-mail with reference numer: ********** 0 and in the mail it stipulated call ********** to follow up. When I dial this number, I however come through on the "808" line, and then I'm told they can't help me because their system does not pick up the 809 reference numbers. Eventually I was given MTN direct's number: ********** 667. I have been holding on for an hour now, no answer. I would really like someone to get back to me and please help.</p>
