Transfer of cell phone contract.

I am till waiting for proper feedback from the CEO and now the Head managet of MTN. I am very disappointed in MTN as a service provider. I am the one that must make phone calls and use up my time and petrol but will they compensate me for this? NO. Now I have to deal with their incompetence to complete the transfer of the cell phone contract.
