Transfer of cell phone

Just to inform you. I am still not satisfied with the response from mtn. They still can not transfer the phone in question. The CEO doesn't even want to talk to me. He keeps passing the matter to someone els. And seems as if no one knows what to do. As this is a transfer to a school I cannot give them bank statement. How can we print 3 months statement. It will be over 2000 pages. That is insane from mtn. Seeing that they have already charge me for the process and come now with stories. I will still not recommend mtn to any of my family or friends as a service provider.
