I called mtn 14times without any help. The 1st guy was Mpho who hung up on me and the 2nd was a lady from the contract department by the name of Neo sent us to a department that she knew wouldn't assist. I advised her when I called before "activation" department transferred me back to her department for assistance but she insisted. The "activation" department was worse, I got a lady by the name of Amanda who was rude, just transferred me back to the contract department without communication. This is utter nonsense. I just need assistance with activation of my new wifi router.
