Totally unresponsive
My boss has a mtn contract. He recently received and sms from MTN stating that International roaming that he requested has been activated.What international roaming? What request? He never requested this and now he is being billed R400! I sent their call centre an email on 07/07/15....still no response but they are quick enough to bill you. Tried phoning the call centre.....forget it! I'll get my pension before they answer!!!
