Totally Unhappy
Okay, so its 2 March 2018, 14:15. I have been a client of MTN for 20 years. I am experiencing problems with my mobile data - not receiving or sending anything. After trying all the numbers, I eventually get through on the following number: +27 11 ********** . The lady on the other side tells me that ALL customer care centres are currently closed, as MTN is having a meeting with its employees, and that I should go to the nearest bracnch for assistance ???? What on earth !!! Absolutely ridiculous !!!
