Totally unacceptable service of MTN

Hi.

In the last 24 hours we again have had NO signal in the WHOLE Town of Boshof. This now happened several times. Even whole weekends without service. Especially when there was a power failure somewhere in the district of Boshof

This is totally unacceptable !! We are losing business by the hour. Few weeks back same thing happened with a veldfire here in Boshof. We had no communication whatsoever between farmers, police and members of the local community. Before we know it ,thousands of hectare were destroyed and many livestock killed

This is totally unacceptable and many people in Boshof will soon migrate to other network because mtn's failure to provide a adequate service
