Totally Unacceptable

On Friday 14 October 2016 (iPhone 7 launch day) I spoke to and organised with the guy in charge of orders at regional office in Port Elizabeth to get me the iPhone 7 plus Jet Black 128Gb asap as there wasn't stock. He mailed me the Monday and Tuesday to confirm the order.
He phoned me 08:20 on Friday 21 October (week after requesting the order) confirming the phone has arrived. I told him that I'll come that afternoon. I did (I live about 40 km outside of PE).
When I got there he greeted me and told me to have a seat at one of the consultant's tables. Waited 30 minutes. Then the consultant asked me to have a seat in the manager's office. Then waited 10 more minutes. Finally, they come with the story that both iPhone 7 plus handsets that they received on that morning were booked out (sold) to other customers earlier today.
I need to formally have a chat with someone who's in charge of operations in EC.
On my way home the guy phoned me to confirm that he found another phone in Gauteng to be sent to the branch.
I have never seen unprofessional corporate staff like that...this is completely unacceptable...
Contact me ASAP please. Otherwise you might lose a customer of 15 years.
