Totally ridiculously poor service from MTN Campus Square

MTN Campus square just wasted 2 days of my time... pathetic service, from consultant to manager. I've been an MTN customer for many year and this is by far the worst experience I've had with any company. In desperation I went to MTN Campus square to upgrade my daughter's contract to a laptop as she was struggling to continue her school work on her tablet. I was really desperate to have the device as soon as possible, 2 days later I'm told that there's no stock... I've been to the store on 3 occassions just to try getting the application done but I was sent away stating that it would be done I just need to be patient... well I I'm the sucker. Thanks MTN Campus square for nothing.... Poor experience indeed, you deserve 0 stars, I will never recommend MTN Campus Square to anyone.
