Totally dissatisfied with MTN service and the way you deal with customers

Is there anyone at MTN that actually cares about their customers. I am so so sick and tired of getting people on the end of the ohone line that promise you the earth and NOTHING GETS DONE.

I app**** for an upgrade to a laptop. I wanted speed and space. I was advised to take a certain laptop that had all I needed AND I WAS TOLD IT WOUKD COME WITH A BAG AND A MOUSE.

The laptop is so so so so painfully slow worse than the old one I had and I requested and queried about my mouse and bag that never arrived with my new laptop.

TILL TODAY MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED. LAPTOP EXTREMLY SLOW AND NO MOUSE AND BAG.

MTN THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC. YOU HAVE LET ME DOWN AND WHAT ARE YOU HPING TO DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!

I WANT MY LAPNTOP BAG THE CORDLESS BLUETOOTH MOUSE AS PROMISED BY YOUR CONSULTANTS

AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS LAPTOP IS EXTREMELY SLOW WHEN MY WIFI IS A GOOD SPEED AND ITS FIBRE.

I AM SO SO SO DISSATISFIED WITH MTN
