Totally disgusted with MTN

After more than 5 years using MTN today has been such a blow! I cant believe the type of appalling service they have going there! Firstly I recharged my phone with 15 rand and then used if for a bit. Later I recharged 30 rand and bought 100mb for one week and within 1 min it was saying 0.00 airtime left. I was shocked and I called the call center 808 and spoke to selaelo raphedu. He was so rude he told me to call after 6 because the system was not working. He did not even acknowledge or offer me a call back. I was so ****ed off and requested for a supervisor. I was put on hold and the same guy came back advising that the system is now working. He then advised me that I used the etym and he said I should buy data. I told him that I bought that and he advised me its all used because it automatically updating. I advised him that my iphone is set up in a way that i have to manually click on update should i want to update . He was very rude and not helpful and he said he is telling the truth implying what, that I was lying!!!I am so angry and I cant believe the type of service I am receiving. He dropped the line when I asked for a Supervisor! I want my money BACK MTN and compensation!!!
