Totally Disgusted

I can't believe the pathetic service I received at the MTN store in Parow Center,firstly I upgraded my contract about 3 months ago I have been a regular contact with mtn even stating my case on the social media platforms but this time it's the limit.Here's the thing,I upgraded my contract I had insurance before but this time didn't take it,the guy Ilyaaz at the Parke Centre Men store,told me I have to fill in a change of ownership form and send it back if I want the insurance which I didn't do because the prices are ridiculous,just to find out the next month of my billing period I had to pay a substantial amount of money,because turns out they took the liberty to automatically put me over onto the new insurance premiums,not just that but every month round about the middle of the month they send me a text stating please pay a certain amount of money or your services will be suspended and the next day it happens,not just that but they come back in Twitter saying please direct message us your number and we can investigate it has been almost about a week I still haven't heard anything.I'm totally disgusted that such a big company can have such a totally disgusting customer service.
