Totally Disappointed

Pathetic. Orderd a 5G router on a 600 gig package. Taken just under 4 weeks to receive it, sill waiting after 36 hours for it to be activated because they can’t figure out how to do a simple thing like RICA my SIM card. All this after I have supp**** all the correct documents and paid them in advance. The most useless cellular company I have ever dealt with. I’m returning your router to an MTN shop now, and I would like you to refund my money please.
