We were told by the lady on the phone she is from MTN, this lady sold two contracts to us saying they are month to month and we can cancel anytime. When we wanted to cancel these contracts they said we can't these contracts are 24-month contracts. We lodged a dispute and won the dispute. We then received an email saying BOTH contracts will be cancelled after months of waiting only one contract has been cancelled. When we phoned in again they say we need to lodge a new dispute for the second contract to be cancelled because that contract was not included in the previous dispute. Both contracts were upgraded on the same phone call and were advised on numerous occasions that they will cancel both contracts. This means that multiple Mondo and MTN staff have **** to us again! Stay away from MTN and MONDO!
