Total ******* and *********** Service

For the past year my line gets suspended monthly after I have paid I have provided the proof of payment of over 11K yesterday and they suspend my line today. I have been sending the legal team emails with no responses. I even emailed the lady who responded yesterday and she is also just missing. This is ridiculous. I have a 3 month older baby and a fiancé that I cannot contact. I had to take out a temp number due to your incompetence. I have 3 difference references that hasn't been dealt with *** [#***] A*** [#***] A*** [#***] all I get is generic responses. Please just release me from this contract and give my 2 numbers.
