Total ripp off

I took 2 extra contracts at Mtn clearwater and told the consultant that the user limit must be on 0 for both calls and data. Sbe did not do that instead she added extra more services on my contracts. I now have to pay for costs that wete never on my budget and that i never requested. She promised to rectify that and call me and she did not. Im not going to pay for something that i did not request and slmething that i told the vonsultant to do after my contracts were approved. Messages were even sent that my user limit is on 0 but im incurring costs that i know nothing about . They can contact me on ***
