Total outage for EIGHT DAYS NOW!! - Reported - ref number ***

Absolutely shocking service from MTN. The Teeberg tower - which is the ONLY one that any MTN subscribers in my area can connect to - has been DOWN FOR EIGHT DAYS NOW!!! They've acknowledged to other callers to their coverage help desk or those who have logged an online coverage fault, like myself, that there is a hardware issue on the tower. EIGHT DAYS NO FIX! Just unbelievable. Am I getting a refund for the period I've not been able to get on the network any time while at home?
