TOTAL MUCK UP OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER UPGRADE

After upgrading on 11 August this happened.<br> I requested my 2gb line to be upgraded to 3gb. (this did not happen) ***<br> I also requested an extra line (new line contract with phone) ***<br> A tablet onto my existing line. *** - no problem...<br> In addition I STIPULATED that all my lines must be blocked to prevent out of data airtime etc.. fees!<br> 1. new line: BLOCK was not activated until I complained on 06 Sept when i noticed a problem. Ref no *** - THIS IS NOT resolved to my satisfaction TODAY!!<br> 2. On 08 Sept again I had an issue and it was determined by MTN STAFF that my 2gb line HAVE NOT BEEN UPGRADED TO 3GB? ***, 18 Sept - ***, 10 Oct REQ ***, 13 Oct REQ ***, 26 Oct 13 REF 7 230 974<br> THIS INCURRED OUT OF DATA FEES!! EXACTLY WHAT I REQUESTED TO PREVENT.<br> My account was not arrears when I upgraded, now from 18 August to now it is standing at R3900 plus minus HOW IS IT POSSIBLE.<br> I've been a customer for 15 years and this is what one get?<br> I owe MTN only the upgrade fees +- R250 and the sept - oct line rental NOT R3900.<br> REMEMBER MTN SUSPENDS LINES WITHOUT HESITATION<br> <br> Always friendly staff BUT NO ACTION!<br> <br> SORRY I'M SO BLUNT, PLEASE HELP!
