Total Lack of Service
Five visits to MTN Store were not adequate to solve problem with contract. Service Agent had logged calls and was at loss to explain the problem. Logged complaint on MTN web site & received reply dated 30 March saying "query has been escalated to relevant department and they will revert as soon as they are done with my request". Have follow-up twice since then. No acknowledgement, no reply, no response.

Copy of issue logged on 26th March as follows:
"Ref # *** I got an SMS saying the above query had been resolved. Problem is NOT resolved! I still cannot set the Spend Limit on either the MTN App or the USSD I have now been into the MTN Store at Cresta FIVE times in last 2 weeks in an attempt to resolve"
