Total Incompetence

Unbelievable, when I tried to establish my account balance, your billing systems were down. So I paid R1300 the same amount as last month. Then you suspend my line because I am R71 short. That in itself is stupid....the best is I immediately paid R100 and received an email from you confirming payment...but the line is still suspended....
