Total disregard for customers

My husband upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge about 3 months ago. From day one, the phone would automatically shut down and he had to take it back several times to the MTN shop in the Brooklyn mall to reset. A month ago the phone simply would not reset at all. I took it to the MTN shop between the Brooklyn Mall and Brooklyn Square. I was instructed to take the phone to the Samsung store in Menlyn, which I duly did. My husband was contacted to uplift his phone from the Samsung store in Menly and take it to the Brooklyn Mall MTN shop. After two weeks they called him to indicate that the phone will not be fixed as they found an indication on the phone that the phone had fallen. It is impossible that the phone was dropped whilst in our possesion as the assistant that accepted the phone at the Samsung store, did not find any dent on the phone. MTN and Samsung are simply not interested in assisting to fix this phone.

I will not be contacting anybody from MTN.

We took the phone back to the Samsung shop and they fixed the sensor ( which was the problem from the start) within less than an hour.

We will simply move away from MTN as it appears that the individuals supposed to provide service have been trained that the customer is always wrong.
