Total disappointed

I app**** a device online and I received a call from consultant and sad I'm approved on device n he asked me the color of device n told me is approved then after few days I received a call from mtn consultant she want to do a follow up on my application then after few days sawing that a courier their not calling me to arrange delivery I call mondo to check the status of my application they told me is being canceled and I asked reason I didn't get answers
