I took a phone with MTN for R79.00 per Month. First month the bill came to R900.00 when I asked why they could not give me a proper explanation. Just told me it has to do with service fee. Told them to fix it, they said it would not happen again. For the past two months I have been afraid to use my phone cause i wanted to see if this would change. Instead my bill come to R400.00. Went to the store number of times for them to fix this but no one can help me. They can not explain why my bill is so high. I Have 2 kids i could use the money on. Why would I buy a phone of R400.00 knowing i have 2 kids to support. Can this get resolved now or i will have to take legal action and stop this contract.<br> <br> I am i paying for something i did not use. I want my money back. I told the lady I can not afford a phone for more R100.00.<br> <br>
