We just received a R7000.00 debit order deduction on a less than R500.00 top up contract. MTN never stopped the contract after the contract ceiling was reached. Why have a \top up"contract if the services are not halted when the limit is reached. This is extremely poor service and we are referring the matter to a legal representative."""

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
The phone number that has a high bill on invoice dated 13/02/2015 is not on top up. It is an open line contract. The reason for the high bill is charges for Data calls. Please review your statement and if there is something that you are not happy with you may contact 808 to log a billing query.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
