I would like to commend mtn customer call centre agents on thier top service. First of all i did not have to wait long on hold. The few agents i spoke to were all friendly and willing to help. Its a pity i forgot the last ladies name i spoke to but she went the extra mile. I landed up at the incorrect department but this friendly lady instead of transferring my call or giving me another number to call went that extra mile and helped me. Well done MTN your customer service is top notch and i am happy to do bussiness with you!
