Took my phone for repairs and never came back. ..

On the 7 of January I took my Sony Xperia M2 phone for repairs at the Mtn grove mall. We were told by the servers Josh pin that when my phone returned from repairs then only we would pay R330 just to analyse the phone of which we believe it wasn't touched. My phone had a camera software problem and the technical team said my phone had water damages that's why it doesn't work but it was perfectly fine when I took in. After almost 6 months today I have been waiting for the return of my phone. I went to the mtn over 10 times to check my phone. The managers help was useless because I believe it's an inside syndicate that they work together to sell customers phones. Meanwhile we still waiting for their calls and returns and I'm still paying monthly for an instrument I don't utilise. The help line service is useless. They are not living up to their brand promise and there is no where we can find help. We don't mind paying for the R330 but then where is the phone?? We cannot pay for something we cannot see. The reasons I needed my camera is because I'm a journalist student and hence I cannot afford a good camera I used my phone. So mtn is unreasonable and unfair. They come to lecture us about how they are the best brand but the communication touch points with they customers fail. I have to give it up to Cell C, Telkom and the Best VODACOM. They are expensive but it's value for money they communication touch points are great. I believe MTN as a brand esp in AFRICA is fulfilling *******ion look at MTN Nigeria? Please kindly get my phone back. Then you surprised why we take our phones to private repairs.... here are my contact details

***

***
