Took money twice in one month

BO*** I phoned *** I spoke to a lady regarding the refund of R492. 10 that. She told me that I must wait another 1 to 2 weeks before they will refund my money. This is bull**** cause they are quick to take your money, but to give it back cause it is Mtn's mistake they come with 100 questions. This money that they took is not even my money, it is my daughter's money that the trust has send her for school stuff. Now my daughter must wait for them to give the money back. That lady that put the phone down in my ear I hope you are happy. I will never give you a job even if you are the last person on earth. Mtn does not even come back to you when you email them.
