I took a cellphone contract with MTN in 2020 September .i took 2 cellphones Model :SE 2020 *2 Installment amount : R500 monthly I ve been paying for the phone since and I ve never paid the agreed installment . Last month they debited R2300 and went I went to the promenade branch to query about this , no one was able to explain . 5 consultants tried explaining this nonsense but no one seems to know the answer . They logged a ticket of which I am not sure what the outcome will be . I need my refund . And I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO TAKE A CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITH MTN. Poor customer service in all their branches . I was at the store for 3 damn hours and no one is able to assist. They told me that the contract amount increased . How so???????? From R500 *2 to R2300 NEVER . It’s *****
