Too much deducted from account
I do not understand.I upgraded late last year and the amount of R389 has been R554.80 for two months now. The person who helped me with the upgrade assured me that I would only pay R389 for the contract period of 24 months.So what is the other R100 and something for? This is unacceptable.I was reasssured that my previous contract will not be merged with the new one in terms of monies.Do I still owe money on my previous one or what? MTN has never let me down, but now I don't know anymore.

The extra amount of R123.11 (exl. vat) is the handset fee which has been carried over from your Nashua contract. The amount will be billed until the term date of your contract with Nashua Mobile.
