Too long to reinstate contract

I was unable to pay my contract for a couple a months so Mtn suspended my contract. Now that I have paid up the contract with the interest MTN has not reinstaed the contract. It has been 3 weeks now. When I call i just get told that is not MTN problem and I must call legal. Legal can't do anything and say I must call Mtn. Who can help solve this problem?
