Too long to collect a contract phone
Taking a contract with MTN is the worse. I went into their Gateway branch on Monday evening to apply, i got preapproved. I was told to wait 2-24 hours to get my application approved. I only got the SMS midday Wednesday advising that I have been conditionally approved. I had to wait a total of +- 48 hours just to get my phone. I took a contract with Cell C 7 years ago over the phone and my phone was delivered the very next day. I will never take another contract with you guys nor recommend you guys to anybody. Very disappointing seeing that i have been with MTN from my first phone i have owned. Your waiting period is too long.
