Too difficult to cancel

Pathetic service. My contract ended last month yet i have to call to cancel it. I have called a million times and the service champions take all my details and then simply cut the call while transferring to the cancellation department. And then i just have to call back again for the same thing to happen over and over.

Manager is not able to take my call and no email address is provided to me. No reference number is given to me either and i get told they cannot call me back.

Terrible service! They just keep taking my money because i cannot cancel.

I spoke to bogani mzoe and sam mathebula and did not get names of others i spoke to and no one can cancel my contract.

Even the manager Nadema Allie did not want to take my call.

MTN just cancel my contract geez!
