Told to take my business elsewhere by a rude consu

I called in on Saturday 09/05/15 with and do have a reference number available for the call. The consultant Ntabiseng was downright rude and in no uncertain terms told me to move to another network if I want to. She failed to explain clearly as to what is causing the problem I am encountering and provided a solution that did not meet my expectation. She did not state what I should do should the problem not be resolved from the outset until much later in the call. Her attitude was downright despicable and utterly distasteful. I am livid that I was told to take my business elsewhere. If this is the way the minority is treated by a large service provider such as this company, I should not consider any further business with such a company.
