told me she was eating

I went to return my new phone which is dead , was in the store twice...both times staff were not helpful or friendly.<br> <br> asked to see manager ...I told the manager that I just wanted to finish my transaction with Amanda to return my phone and then I needed to speak to her....she told me she was eating and that I could either talk then or wait until she was finished eating...I asked for her boss's number and she gave me a number for THEO ALBERTUS but it is impossible to get hold of him and I have called a few numbers already. So Theo , if you read this - please contact me urgently!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE at VandA branch!!!
