Today they say to me it's vat and to my knowledge vat is never addad after

They upgraded my contract last year December to R300 but since that day they have been deducting R408 instead and everytime when I call no consultant can be able to solve the problem,now it's costing me because of their Falls information or cheating because this was not part of agreement now I need someone to help resolve this from their side..***
